Satu Ahlman, Founder of Saga Performance, works as an advisor to high performing individuals, leaders, and management teams. She is a performance and leadership advisor with specializations in interpersonal communication, behavior change and human data (genetics, stress, sleep etc.). Satu has worked as an executive advisor for the C-suite as well as entrepreneurs and a handful of elite level athletes worldwide for 13 years. Prior to Saga Performance, Satu has worked with leadership and cultural development, executive assessments and advisory, and led a successful turnaround as CEO of an event marketing business. For her, it has always been about people business, one way or the other. At the moment Satu spends a majority of her time between in Europe and the Middle East, working with private and corporate clients, and speaking for audiences around the globe, online and offline. Being a high performing executive and active athlete herself, she founded Saga Performance to be able to support like-minded high achievers reach “human system synchronization”, and for corporates to take a closer look into their organizational cultures and leadership styles to better support high performing individuals. “Redesigning the idea of what true sustainable high performance is, means we want to maximize capacity, efficiency, performance without sacrificing resilience and health. Focusing on sustainability instead of quick wins whether from an individuals’ or organizations’ perspective. That is why Saga Performance exists.” She is a certified epigenetic performance coach from ApeironZoh, a licensed Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment provider, certified Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor, certified Nordic Laboratories DUTCH test practitioner, and has a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and Business Administration from Stockholm University. Furthermore, she has studied communications at schools like Hyper Island and Berghs School of Communication, alongside her career.
